About me

Who I Am

My name is Thomas Schütte, and I bring over 25 years of experience in project management, toolmaking, and manufacturing, with a focus on injection molding and high-speed stamping technologies.

I started my career with an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic specializing in equipment engineering and later earned my bachelor professional degree in precision mechanics. Over the years, I’ve held key leadership roles, including Project Manager, Maintenance Manager, Toolshop Manager, and Tooling Manager for Europe.

A significant part of my career has been dedicated to managing international projects, including establishing new production sites in Macedonia and Morocco. These endeavors required technical expertise, intercultural competence, and the ability to coordinate complex processes effectively.

My expertise spans production technology, process optimization, and toolmaking, with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions for the automotive and medical technology sectors. Currently, I work in the automotive industry, supporting companies with production ramp-ups, recruitment strategies, and site development, particularly in Morocco. I adapt to client needs by acting as either a visible representative or a behind-the-scenes consultant.
